Pistacchio & Herb encrusted Rack of Veal, served with a Red Wine Jus, serves 6.
Cooking Instructions: Pre-heat oven to 180°C for around 15 minutes. Remove plastic wrapping and wrap the dish in aluminum foil, place in the over for around 15 to 20 minutes. Take out from the oven, remove the foil and let it rest for 10 minutes. Cut into 6 pieces, using the bones as a guide, and serve on top of the sauce.
